The 1985 Gaming Realm Terms of Service

Welcome to The 1985 Gaming Realm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our studio and photo services. By booking, using, or participating in any of our services, including private rentals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All private bookings, must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the booking begins.

  • Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation based on availability or other circumstances.

3. Payment

  • Payment for all event bookings must be made in full prior to the event start date, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept payments via e-transfer or in person at our location.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., for extra services or time beyond the allotted booking) will be charged at the end of the booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by The 1985 Gaming Realm: If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical failure, health and safety concerns), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.

5. Rules and Behavior

  • All guests must follow the rules and guidelines during their visit. This includes respecting other guests and staff, handling equipment responsibly, and refraining from disruptive behaviour.

  • The use of offensive language, aggressive behavior, or damage to equipment is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability and Waiver

  • Guests use the facilities at their own risk. The 1985 Gaming Realm is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events or while using arcade equipment.

  • By entering the premises, you agree to release The 1985 Gaming Realm, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises.

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of reservation, communication, and service delivery.

8. Changes to Terms
